The MPCA would like to announce the appointment for the role of MPCA General Manager Admin has been made, the new appointee is Julie Di Gregorio.
Julie has given her notice at her former job and will be commencing full time with the MPCA on the 28/9/23, however Julie is prepared to work on the days that she is not at her current role to help bring her up to speed with MPCA matters so at times she may be contacting clubs either by email and/or phone.
Julie has grown up on the Mornington Peninsula and loves living by the beach. She has spent the last 12 years working in the Allied Health sector whilst juggling her family and their many sporting commitments. Julie is passionate about using her time to make a difference to other people’s lives – whether that has been through her role in children’s development, or her volunteer roles in the community, she is happiest when she is helping someone else. She has coached both junior cricket (level 1) and netball, and loves to create genuine relationships with people and help them to achieve their best.
Julie has been involved with local cricket for over 19 years, in both senior and junior formats. She has spent many hours scoring from the sidelines at junior and senior matches, and was instrumental in creating the first girls’ side at her home club three years ago. She is experienced in team managing and organising all the fine details that help game days run smoothly, including two seasons at representative level.
Outside of work and family commitments, you might find Julie in the kitchen cooking up a storm! She also loves to read (always looking for recommendations for new books!), listen (and sing badly!) to music, or games online with her friends.
